Mindo Ecuador has some incredible real estate…incredible beauty.

There is some Mindo real estate for sale that we recently wrote about.

So I perked up when one of our Ecuador computer assistants sent me this note. He wrote about this Mindo Ecuador real estate for sale:

“Gary, I would like to ask you a big favor, my father is selling a house in Mindo Ecuador and I would like to know if you can help me offering this mindo property to your clients. The House has an incredible view, surrounded by nature. As you know Mindo is considered the paradise for birdwatching. Near the house is the Mindo Nambillo Protected Forest. Its very nice. Another important thing is that the house is new.

The house is about 1,550 square feet and sits on a lot of 8,500 square feet. It has
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and a porch.
Utilities (electrical service, water, direct TV, internet and phone service) are available.

The owners are asking $55,000 which seems a bit high to me so I have asked if they will give Ecuador Living subscribers a discount since if they find a buyer through us they will have avoided a brokers commission etc.

Our hacienda Rosaspamba where a few years ago, Merri and I took a year’s break and lived and studied with the yatchaks and shamans is near Mindo Ecuador. We wanted to have the knowledge about good living and natural health. Rosaspamba is near Mindo. Here is our front yard view.
