Primavera 2 – Condos in Cotacachi

At the weekend we looked at how Jorge Quilumbaqui organized, financed and ran the Cotacachi ‘Indigenous Olympics’ http://www.ecuadorliving.com/2008/11/08/ecuador-indigenous-self-help.html . He was able to do that as a result of his building business in Cotacachi. There’s been a lot of interest in his latest project, Primavera 2, the only real condos project in Cotacachi.
