Vistazul Condo for Sale

There have been several Vistazul condos for sale recently.

One couple was moving up,  building their own house on the beach… one had tax implications…. one was returning to the US and one passing.

These condos offer great value. A friend of ours designed them… two bedrooms…. 2.5 bathrooms…. large roof garden… easy access to the beach and great views in an area where development is limited.   This is where we have had our Ecuador beach property.

This unit #507 is a two story town house at Vistazul, San Clemente, Ecuador.  It is an end unit with an ocean view from the rooftop terrace.   It consists of 1290 square feet of living area, plus additional 645 square feet of roof terrace.

The seller’s parents have health problems so these owners are heading north.

The condo has two air conditioners, one downstairs and one in the master bedroom plus two ceiling fans in the downstairs living area.

Special hardwood closets have been added.

There are curtains in all the rooms.

The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser.

There are screens on sliding doors.The bathrooms and kitchen are tiled.

The asking price is $87,000 plus all the furnishing are available for $5,500.

This furniture is brand new.  The living room and dining area as well as the bedroom furniture are rattan and handmade in Montecristi, Ecuador.  The cushions for the sofa and dining room chairs were also custom made.

There is a dining room table and four chairs.  In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed with brand new mattress; two night stands;  26 inch TV and TV table.

The furniture includes $5,500 worth of brand new rattan furniture  curtains, refrigerator, mattresses (brand new) and microwave at cost.  There’s no markup on the furniture.  This price is what the owner paid for it.
